Returns Policy

 All returns must have prior authorization within five days of receiving the goods. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of authorization.

Special orders and custom productions are not returnable.

Returned items must be in their original condition, well-packaged, and insured.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.

All freight and handling charges are neither refundable nor to be used as credit.

International customers shall be responsible for any taxes or duties required by their countries.
